If, according to the criteria detailed on the above-mentioned site, your flight is subject to authorisation by Skyguide, you must submit your request via Skyguide’s “SFO tool”.This platform is available online here: SFO Tool
Please carefully follow all the steps detailed on the platform.
In all cases, once your application and your activity have been validated on the platform, the last essential step in obtaining authorisation is as follows:
• The day of your flight activity: Please contact the airport by phone before take-off (032 925 97 97).
• Communicate the flight details (your contact details and the request number) to the air traffic controller on duty in order to obtain take-off clearance. Depending on the air traffic situation, your flight may be subject to restrictions.
• Call us back (032 925 97 97) as soon as your flight is over.
In accordance with the procedure set out in art. 63 of the OSIA (Federal Ordinance on Aeronautical Infrastructure) and with Directive AD I-006 F on obstacles to air navigation issued by the FOCA (Federal Office of Civil Aviation), we would ask you to register your installation directly on the FOCA’s digital data collection service (DCS)

The FOCA will analyse your application and consult us if necessary.
